Metaflux 70-38 Galva-Protect

Water-based resist to galvanizing, for threads, sliding surfaces etc. which should remain free of zinc.

• fast drying (approx. 2 hours at room temperature)

• non-flammable

• single (brush-)application is sufficient

• easy removal with a wire-brush

• does not disturb the galvanization process

Application: Apply Galva-Protect with a brush to the parts to be protected. Clean and degrease respective areas beforehand, e.g. by using 70-15 Rapid-Cleaner. Drying time is approx. 2 hours at room temperature. Start galvanization only when Galva-Protect is completely dry! - Simply remove with a wire-brush.
N.B.: Protect from frost!
