Production of Limesand Building Blocks / Bricks This Switzerland-based plant is specialised in the production of building blocks made of limesand from the nearby site. The bigger dimensions of those building blocks increase the bricklayer's output and thus reduce the costs per sqm wall laid. Metaflux 70-82 Anti-Seize/Moly-Spray is used as a separating agent and sprayed onto the contact zone of the brick oven and its cover. Metaflux 75-30 Kraft-Cleaner Special can be used to remove the crusts from the oven-carts. The limesand blocks are stamped and then put into the brick oven. After the burning, the kiln is unloaded. The joint of the lid is liberally sprayed with Metaflux 70-82 Anti-Seize/Moly-Spray. Crusts of lime can be removed with acidic Metaflux 75-30 Kraft-Cleaner Special.
