From abroad: The Universal Postal Union Convention forbids the carriage of dangerous
goods in the mail. Spray-products (and some other products) are dangerous cargo, i. e.
a special transport service (road, air...) would be required.
(Within your own country: surface mail may be possible.)

CFCs and aerosols/spray-products?
USA: Since 1978 a "no no" in the USA - watch out for the "No CFCs" symbol on spray-cans. Europe / USA
Puis-je commander des échantillons "aérosols" par poste/poste aérienne?
D'outre-mer, la Convention Postale Universelle prohibite le transport des articles dangereux
par poste. Aérosols (et quelques autres produits) sont des articles dangereux. Ça veut dire, un service spécialisé devrait être employé pour le transport (routier, aérien...).
(Votre poste pourrait accepter des pacquets pour le transport dans votre pays.)

Der Weltpostvertrag untersagt die Ueberstellung gefährlicher Güter aus dem Ausland
mittels der Post. Sprays (nebst einigen anderen Produkten) sind gefährliche Güter. D. h., ein Spezialversand (Strasse, Luft...) müsste organisiert werden.
(Innerhalb Ihres Landes kann die Post Pakete zum Transport zulassen.)
