- Loosens any kind of screw
joint within minutes

The novel, high-capillary active substances penetrate deeply into the screw joint for 3 -
5 minutes and cause cold contraction.
- Penetrates rust,
resinified fats and oils, oil carbon, carbon black, etc.
Resinified and charred oils and fats - synthetic fats included are
dissolved. In the manner of a sponge, rust soaks up the active substances - which then
form a lubricating film within the rust itself.
- Extremely high
capillary effect
The smallest of tolerances - indeed those just created through cold contraction - are
sufficient for the active substances to penetrate. And this they will, even in horizontal
and overhead applications.
- Automatic
decomposition of active substances
Some 3 - 5 minutes after the active substances have penetrated deeply, they begin
decomposing. After about 10 minutes decomposition is complete and no trace of the active
substances remains. No stains either.
- Acid-free, fat-free
TORSION-SPRAY does not contain any acids (the absence of phosphoric acid being
particularly important here) which could attack the metal substrate. Furthermore,
TORSION-SPRAY is completely fat-free so that the treated areas can be lacquered 10-15
minutes later without the fear of any "fish-eye" effect occurring.
- Versatile in
application
Fine and coarse threads of any kind - split-pins - bolts - all hinges - locks - gauge rods
- Bowden wire - oil-pressure pipes - eccentric breaks - grease nipples - sparking plugs -
kingpins - air-vent screws - telescopic antennas - exhaust valves - and a thousand other
applications.
- Straightforward in
use - Fast in action
Free immovable parts of external rust and paint. Apply TORSION-SPRAY as long as
active substance is absorbed. After 1 - 2 minutes loosen screw joint. Does not act on
metallic welding. Dry any damp rust before application.
- .... to prevent the
joint from seizing up again, we recommend the use of METAFLUX 70-81 Lubricating Metal-Spray. Heat-resistant up
to 1400º C, withstands pressure up to 2350kp/cm², tolerates cold down to minus 180º C, resistant also to
abrasion, deflagration, and washing off.
